- Aquaman: [grunt, metal warping, metallic clatter] Sorry about that, boys... But I'm going to stop you there.
- Sea Wolf: Manta, would you care to tell me what that thing is?
- Black Manta: It's nothing to concern yourself with. It's a useless hunk of metal.
- Sea Wolf: Yes, now... But what is it?
- Black Manta: A bomb.
- Sea Wolf: A bomb? Who was the target? Where was it planned?
- Black Manta: It doesn't matter. What matters now is killing this mockery of a king and getting the package to our client in time for the rendezvous.
- Sea Wolf: Where was it planted, Black Manta?
- Aquaman: I found it under the support columns of the boardwalk.
- Sea Wolf: You were going to kill civilians? I didn't sign up for this!
- Black Manta: It was only a back-up plan, Wolf. Stay focused... besides that, you're a killer, too. [scoff] Your hands are no cleaner than mine.
- Sea Wolf: I may have been an assassin once, but I never killed innocents! I'm no terrorist! [growl, slice, air hissing]
- Black Manta: The [expletive]! That's my life support unit... I can't make the rendezvous with the client now!
- Sea Wolf: I know. I'll make the delivery on my own. You changed the terms of our partnership, so I'm ending it. He's all yours, Aquaman.
- Black Manta: You'll pay for this, Wolf! [blast, ricochet, grunt] This isn't over. [rapid footsteps]
- Aquaman: Wow, thanks, Sea Wolf.
- Sea Wolf: This changes nothing between us!
- Aquaman: I did not expect to. Which is why I'm going to take you in, too.
- Sea Wolf: You can only stop one of us... [rapid footsteps] And we both know I'm only your problem. Manta's likely to hurt innocents. [splash]
- Aquaman: [sigh] Fine... [rapid footsteps] Aquaman to the Team... I am in pursuit of Black Manta on the boardwalk. Requesting assistance.
